Terms and Conditions for Coaching, Sales Training, and Revenue Enablement Consultancy
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Michelle Anthony (hereinafter referred to as "Coach/Consultant") and the Client for the provision of coaching, training, and consultancy services. By engaging in any of these services, the Client agrees to these terms.
Section A: Career Coaching
2. Scope of Career Coaching Services
Career coaching services focus on helping clients achieve their career development goals, transition between roles, or improve sales performance. Services include but are not limited to:
One-on-one career coaching sessions (virtual or in-person)
Career strategy consultations
Support in career transitions and decision-making
Sales performance coaching
Workshops and group coaching (if applicable)
3. Session Structure for Coaching
Sessions will be held at mutually agreed-upon times.
The Client is responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
Sessions may be conducted virtually or in person.
4. Confidentiality for Coaching
The Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information shared during coaching sessions, except where disclosure is required by law or the Client provides written consent.
The Client acknowledges that career coaching is not a substitute for therapy, legal, or financial advice.
The Coach may receive supervision, mentorship or credentialing from another coach or organisation. The Client may be referred to anonymously. The Client acknowledges that the supervision relationship is itself confidential.

5. Mental Health First Aider
The Coach is a certified Mental Health First Aider and may signpost the Client to appropriate mental health services if concerns arise. However, the coaching service is not a replacement for therapy or medical support.
Section B: Sales Training
6. Scope of Sales Training Services
Sales training services are designed to help individuals and teams improve their sales techniques and overall performance. Services may include:
Customised or contextualised sales training programs tailored to the Client’s needs
Delivery of workshops, webinars, or in-person training sessions
Follow-up assessments and support post-training
Training materials and resources for continued learning
7. Training Session Structure
Training sessions will be contextualised based on the Client's objectives, with agreed-upon content, format, and delivery method.
Training materials and follow-up resources will be provided as needed.
Sessions can be delivered virtually or in person, depending on the Client’s requirements.
8. Confidentiality for Sales Training
The Coach/Consultant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all business-related information, including strategies, sales techniques, and performance data shared during training.
All training materials and methodologies remain the intellectual property of the Coach/Consultant or represented organisation unless otherwise agreed.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling for Sales Training
Clients must provide at least 14 days' notice to cancel or reschedule a training session. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or as per the represented organisation’s terms.
In emergencies, rescheduling may be offered at the Coach/Consultant’s discretion.
Section C: Revenue Enablement Consultancy
10. Scope of Revenue Enablement Consultancy Services
Revenue enablement consultancy services focus on aligning sales, marketing, and operational strategies to maximise revenue growth. Services may include:
Revenue strategy development and implementation
Consultancy on aligning sales and marketing teams
Enablement frameworks and sales tool assessments
Stakeholder engagement and training for internal teams
Project-based consultancy with specific deliverables
eLearning and workshop delivery
11. Project Structure
Consultancy projects will have clear deliverables, timelines, and objectives, which will be agreed upon at the start of the engagement.
Regular progress reviews will be scheduled to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
Fees, timelines, and payment terms for consultancy projects will be agreed upon in a formal proposal.
12. Confidentiality for Consultancy Projects
The Consultant agrees to maintain confidentiality concerning all sensitive business information, including strategies, financial information, and any proprietary data shared during the consultancy engagement.
13. Cancellation and Termination for Consultancy Projects
Consultancy projects may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. The Client will be responsible for any work completed up until the termination date.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the Client will be liable for any work completed to date, and any payments already made will not be refundable.
General Terms for All Services
14. Fees and Payment
All fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of any service (coaching, training, or consultancy). Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice and must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
For larger projects or consultancy engagements, payment schedules will be outlined in a formal proposal, with payments due upon completion of key deliverables.
15. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, and frameworks provided during coaching, sales training, or consultancy remain the intellectual property of the Coach/Consultant or represented organisation unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials within their organisation but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission. Determined by the terms of the represented organisation.
16. Responsibilities of the Client
The Client agrees to engage fully in the coaching, training, or consultancy process and implement the agreed-upon actions and recommendations.
The Client will ensure access to relevant personnel and resources necessary to complete training or consultancy projects successfully.
17. Code of Ethics
As a professional coach and consultant, Michelle Anthony adheres to the ethical standards outlined in the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) Code of Ethics. The Client can review the full Code of Ethics here: Global Code of Ethics.
18. Limitation of Liability
The Coach/Consultant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s use of the services provided.
The total liability for any claims arising out of this agreement will not exceed the amount paid for the services.
19. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
